If you refer a new family to Newman Catholic Schools and they enroll, both families may be eligible for a $1,000 tuition credit. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• The referred family must be new to NCS (not previously enrolled).
• A completed referral form must be submitted by September 15 of the school year the referred student begins.
• The referred student must enroll in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
• If the referred student starts in 4K, the credit will be applied after they finish their first semester of Kindergarten.
• The credit only applies to K–12 tuition (not childcare, fees, or siblings).

Please note: All referral credits are subject to review. Final approval is determined by the NCS President.

Families can be referred for any grade level, including 3-Year-Old Preschool, 4K, or Kindergarten through 12th grade.

However, the $1,000 tuition credit only applies to students enrolled in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Yes. Referral credits can be transferred to another NCS family as long as both families are currently enrolled. Once a student graduates, any unused credits expire and cannot be transferred. All transfer requests must be made in writing.

No. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. If you do not need the credit, it may be transferred to another currently enrolled NCS family.

No. Referral credits can only be applied toward Kindergarten through 12th grade tuition. Child care programs are not eligible.

No. Referral credits are not available for enrolling younger siblings or other members of the same household.

Yes, families with students starting in 4K can be referred. However, the $1,000 tuition credit will not be applied until the referred student completes their first semester of Kindergarten at NCS.

If either family is part of WPCP or SNSP, they are not eligible for a tuition credit. Instead, a $250 credit will be awarded that can be used toward non-tuition fees, such as co-curricular activities or sports.

Yes. Friends, past parents, and alumni of NCS can refer new families. If the referred family enrolls, you can choose a current NCS family to receive a $500 tuition credit.

No. Returning families are not considered new and are not eligible for the referral credit. However, they are welcome to refer other new families to NCS and may receive credit for those referrals.
