• New Student Application Process

    The application process for new students is designed to be a collaborative effort between the family and school, offering prospective families an opportunity to learn about the system’s faith and education philosophies. Newman Catholic Schools uses the application process to determine if, and how, they will meet the needs of each student. Students CAN NOT begin school until they receive formal confirmation of their acceptance.

    1. Application:Complete the online application by clicking the HERE
      1. Step 1: Enter name, email address & phone number
      2. Step 2: Receive an email used to generate a login & password
      3. Step 3: Reenter the Skyward site to complete entering of student(s) information
      4. Step 4: Submit the application for review
    1. Once the application is submitted, a Newman Catholic School representative will reach out to begin the review process. Next steps include:
      1. Face-to-Face Meeting: Meetings are used to answer any questions and discuss students’ needs.
      2. Request copies of records: Copies of transcripts, IEP, ISP and/or EBD records, etc. will be requested from current school. Reviewing records allows NCS to properly determine if all academic, emotional and behavioral needs can be met.

    2. Application Acceptance: If/when it is determined that NCS can meet the needs of the prospective student, families will receive an email confirming their acceptance and directing them to reenter the application to complete additional paperwork.
