In his 15th year at Newman Catholic High School, Randy coaches both the Girls and Boys tennis teams in addition to serving as the Varsity assistant for the Boys Basketball program. Randy has served on both the WISAA and the WIAA Tennis Advisory Tennis Committee. Other noteables include:

1995 - CWCC Boys Tennis Coach of the Year
1998 - The entire Girls Team qualified for WISAA's State Tournament
1999 - CWCC Girls Conference Champs
1999 - CWCC Coach of the Year for both Boys and Girls
2006 - The entire Girls Team qualified for WIAA Sectional Finals
2007 - The #1 and #2 Doubles Team went on to the State Finals
