Newman Catholic Athletics - A Tradition
Newman Catholic Schools’ athletic programs are dedicated to fostering a competitive sports program which emphasizes the need for team work, dedication, discipline, school and team pride, and respect for self, teammates, coaches, opponents and officials.
Student-athletes benefit significantly from participation in co-curricular activities. Most noteably, student-athletes have higher grade point averages and are more likely to graduate and stay away from drugs and alcohol.

The 17th annual Wausau Gus Macker returned to Newman Catholic this past Father’s Day weekend June 14-15th.
