Newman Catholic Athletics - A Tradition
Newman Catholic Schools’ athletic programs are dedicated to fostering a competitive sports program which emphasizes the need for team work, dedication, discipline, school and team pride, and respect for self, teammates, coaches, opponents and officials.
Student-athletes benefit significantly from participation in co-curricular activities. Most noteably, student-athletes have higher grade point averages and are more likely to graduate and stay away from drugs and alcohol.

Gus Macker Returns for 17th Annual

The Gus Macker Charity Basketball tournament will once again lace up their sneakers this weekend. Newman Catholic will again host the event for over 700 teams and 25,000 spectators this Father's Day weekend! All elementary, middle schools and child development centers will have them available starting January 18th. The cost of the cards are still $10 each.
